Kelsey Fleener is an associate at Fleener Petersen. Kelsey earned her bachelor degree in Marketing and Advertising from Weber State University in 2012. During her academic career, Kelsey was on the golf team, had several top-ten finishes, and earned Academic-All American honors multiple years.

Kelsey graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2016. During law school, Kelsey was an extern for the Honorable Robert A. Castor, Second Judicial District Circuit Court Judge, was a research assistant for multiple professors, and was a member of the family and child legal advocacy clinic. Kelsey was also a member of the Wyoming Judicial Benchbook Committee and assisted in revising the Wyoming Judicial Benchbook on Domestic Violence.

In addition to being an associate at Fleener Petersen, Kelsey is actively involved in public service. Kelsey is a JAG in the U.S. Army Reserves, and is a board member for the Wyoming State Golf Association. If you have one shot, make it your best.
